महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-17, verse-129

सहस्रमूर्धा देवेन्द्रः सर्वदेवमयो गुरुः ।
सहस्रबाहुः सर्वाङ्गः शरण्यः सर्वलोककृत् ॥१२९॥
129. sahasramūrdhā devendraḥ sarvadevamayo guruḥ ,
sahasrabāhuḥ sarvāṅgaḥ śaraṇyaḥ sarvalokakṛt.

129. He is the thousand-headed one, the chief of gods, consisting of all deities, the venerable preceptor (guru). He is the thousand-armed one, the omnipresent one, the refuge-worthy one, and the creator of all worlds.
