निर्विघ्ना निश्चला रुद्रे भक्तिरव्यभिचारिणी ।
तस्यैव च प्रसादेन भक्तिरुत्पद्यते नृणाम् ।
यया यान्ति परां सिद्धिं तद्भावगतचेतसः ॥१६०॥

Unimpeded, unwavering, and unswerving devotion (bhakti) to Rudra arises for human beings only by His grace. Through this (devotion), those whose minds are absorbed in His intrinsic nature (tad-bhāva) attain the supreme accomplishment.
