महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-17, verse-128

मुण्डो विरूपो विकृतो दण्डिमुण्डो विकुर्वणः ।
हर्यक्षः ककुभो वज्री दीप्तजिह्वः सहस्रपात् ॥१२८॥
128. muṇḍo virūpo vikṛto daṇḍimuṇḍo vikurvaṇaḥ ,
haryakṣaḥ kakubho vajrī dīptajihvaḥ sahasrapāt.
