महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-17, verse-20

इदं ब्रह्मा पुरा कृत्वा सर्वलोकपितामहः ।
सर्वस्तवानां दिव्यानां राजत्वे समकल्पयत् ॥२०॥
20. idaṁ brahmā purā kṛtvā sarvalokapitāmahaḥ ,
sarvastavānāṁ divyānāṁ rājatve samakalpayat.

20. Formerly, the grandfather of all worlds, Brahmā (brahman), having created this (hymn), established it in sovereignty over all divine hymns.
