बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-45, verse-87

वचसामधिपे तु जनुःसमये शयने बलवानपि हीनरवः ।
अतिगौरतनुः खलुदीर्घहनुः सुतरामरिभीतियुतो मनुजः ॥८७॥
87. vacasāmadhipe tu januḥsamaye śayane balavānapi hīnaravaḥ .
atigauratanuḥ khaludīrghahanuḥ sutarāmaribhītiyuto manujaḥ.
87. vacasāmadhipe tu januḥsamaye śayane balavān api hīnaravaḥ
atigauratanuḥ khalu dīrghahanuḥ sutarām aribhītiyutaḥ manujaḥ
87. However, if Mercury, the lord of speech (vacasām adhipa), is strong in the twelfth house at the time of birth, the person (manuja) will have a weak voice despite their inherent strength. They will possess a very fair complexion and, indeed, a long jaw, and will be exceedingly afflicted by fear of enemies.
