87.
However, if Mercury, the lord of speech (vacasām adhipa), is strong in the twelfth house at the time of birth, the person (manuja) will have a weak voice despite their inherent strength. They will possess a very fair complexion and, indeed, a long jaw, and will be exceedingly afflicted by fear of enemies.
