क्षुधितः क्षोभितो वापि तद्भावफलनाशनः ॥१८॥

And in whichever houses planets are always situated, if a planet is in a hungry (kṣudhitaḥ) or agitated (kṣobhitaḥ) state, it will destroy the results pertaining to that house.
