नृत्यलिप्सागते भूसुते जन्मिनामिन्दिराराशिरायाति भूमीपतेः ।
स्वर्नरत्नप्रवालैः सदा मण्डिता वासशाला नराणां भवेत्सर्वदा ॥७३॥

73. nṛtyalipsāgate bhūsute janmināmindirārāśirāyāti bhūmīpateḥ .
svarnaratnapravālaiḥ sadā maṇḍitā vāsaśālā narāṇāṃ bhavetsarvadā.

73. When Mars (bhūsuta) is situated in `nṛtyalipsā` (a state or sign associated with arts and entertainment), the natives receive abundant wealth (indirārāśi) from the king (bhūmīpati). Their residences are always adorned with gold, jewels, and corals.
