बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-45, verse-63

निद्रागते जन्मनि मानवानां कलाधरे जीवयुते महत्त्वम् ।
हीनेऽङ्गनासञ्चितवित्तनाशः शिवालये रौति विचित्रमुच्चैः ॥६३॥
63. nidrāgate janmani mānavānāṃ kalādhare jīvayute mahattvam .
hīne'ṅganāsañcitavittanāśaḥ śivālaye rauti vicitramuccaiḥ.

hīne aṅganāsañcitavittanāśaḥ śivālaye rauti vicitram uccaiḥ
63. When at birth the Moon (kalādhara) is in the sleeping state and conjoined with Jupiter (jīva), humans attain greatness. If the Moon is debilitated, there is destruction of wealth accumulated by women, and (such a person) cries strangely and loudly in a Shiva temple.
