क्षुधितः स च विज्ञेयः शनियुक्तो यथा तथा ॥१४॥

If a planet is situated in an enemy's house, or conjoined with an enemy planet, or aspected by an enemy planet, it should be known as a hungry (kṣudhita) planet; similarly, if it is conjoined with Saturn (śani).
