Indeed, when Mercury, the son of the Moon (candrasuta), is in an exalted position, the person will be generous, compassionate, and perform meritorious deeds. Such an individual will be proficient in the vast ocean of many sciences, full of discrimination, and a vanquisher of wicked individuals.
