28.
Indeed, due to a hungry bird (situation), there is a fall into sorrow, delusion, and similar states. Emaciation occurs due to the suffering of kinsfolk and from anxiety and fear. Also, strife among people, obstruction of wealth by enemies, obstruction of all strength, and obstruction of intellect due to despondency.
