बली सदा पापरतो नरः स्यादसत्यवादी नितरां प्रगल्भः ।
धनेन पूर्णो निजधर्महीनो धरासुतश्चेदुपवेशनस्थः ॥६५॥
65. balī sadā pāparato naraḥ syādasatyavādī nitarāṃ pragalbhaḥ .
dhanena pūrṇo nijadharmahīno dharāsutaścedupaveśanasthaḥ.
65. balī sadā pāparataḥ naraḥ syāt
asatyavādī nitarām pragalbhaḥ

65. If Mars (dharāsuta) is situated in the sitting state, the person will always be powerful and intent on sin. He will be a liar, extremely arrogant, full of wealth, and devoid of his own intrinsic nature (dharma).
