बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-45, verse-60

भोजने जनुषि पूर्णचन्द्रमा मानयानजनतासुखं नृणाम् ।
आतनोति वनितासुतासुखं सर्वमेव न सितेतरे शुभम् ॥६०॥
60. bhojane januṣi pūrṇacandramā mānayānajanatāsukhaṃ nṛṇām .
ātanoti vanitāsutāsukhaṃ sarvameva na sitetare śubham.

60. When the Full Moon is in the house of sustenance (the second house) or the house of self (the first house), it bestows happiness upon people through honor, vehicles, community, women, and children. However, none of these auspicious effects occur when the Moon is in the dark half.
