83.
When Mercury (candraja) is in the second house (`bhojana`) at the time of birth (janmakāle) for individuals, then there is always a loss of wealth (anarthahāni) due to disputes (vādātaḥ). Because of fear of the government (rāja-bhītyā), there is emaciation (kṛśatvam) and mental instability (cañcalatvam). There is no physical intimacy (aṅgasaṅga), no wife (jāyā), and no happiness from a wife (jāyāsukham).
