बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-45, verse-109

कौतुकभवनं गतवति शुक्रे शक्रेशत्वं सदसि महत्त्वम् ।
हृद्या विद्या भविति च पुंसः पदमा निवसति सदमारतः ॥१०९॥
109. kautukabhavanaṃ gatavati śukre śakreśatvaṃ sadasi mahattvam .
hṛdyā vidyā bhaviti ca puṃsaḥ padamā nivasati sadamārataḥ.
109. kautuka-bhavanam gata-vati śukre
śakra-īśatvam sadasi mahattvam
| hṛdyā vidyā bhavati ca puṃsaḥ
padamā nivasati sadam ārataḥ
109. When Venus (Śukra) is situated in the house of festivity or amusement, a person attains sovereignty like Indra, importance in assemblies, and pleasing knowledge. For such a man, Lakṣmī (Padmā) dwells, and he is devoted to his home.
