महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-164, verse-136

असंशयं तथाभूते पाञ्चाल्यः साध्वमन्यत ।
वधमाचार्यमुख्यस्य प्राप्तकालं महात्मनः ॥१३६॥
136. asaṁśayaṁ tathābhūte pāñcālyaḥ sādhvamanyata ,
vadhamācāryamukhyasya prāptakālaṁ mahātmanaḥ.

vadham ācāryamukhyasya prāptakālam mahātmanaḥ
136. Asaṃśayam pāñcālyaḥ tathābhūte (sati),
ācāryamukhyasya mahātmanaḥ vadham prāptakālam sādhvamanyata.
136. Without a doubt, in that state of affairs, the Pañcāla prince (Dhṛṣṭadyumna) considered the killing of the chief of preceptors (guru), the great-souled one, to be timely and appropriate.
