बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-24, verse-98

भाग्येशे धनभावस्थे पण्डितो जनवल्लभः ।
जायते धनवान् कामी स्त्रीपुत्रादिसुखान्वितः ॥९८॥
98. bhāgyeśe dhanabhāvasthe paṇḍito janavallabhaḥ .

98. If the lord of the 9th house (bhāgya) is situated in the 2nd house (dhanabhāva), the native becomes a scholar and is beloved by people. Such a person is born wealthy, possesses strong desires, and enjoys happiness from spouse, children, and other such comforts.
