बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-24, verse-48

सुखेशे व्ययभावस्थे गृहादिसुखवर्जितः ।
जातो दुर्व्यसनी मूढः सदाऽलस्यसमन्वितः ॥४८॥

48. If the lord of the fourth house (house of comforts) is situated in the twelfth house (house of loss), the native is deprived of comforts such as a home. Such a person (jāta) becomes addicted to bad habits, foolish, and always associated with laziness.
