बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-24, verse-28

सुखस्थे सहजाधीशे सुखी च धनसंयुतः ।
मतिमान् जायते बालो दुष्टभार्यापतिश्च सः ॥२८॥
28. sukhasthe sahajādhīśe sukhī ca dhanasaṃyutaḥ .
matimān jāyate bālo duṣṭabhāryāpatiśca saḥ.

28. When the lord of the house of co-borns (the third house) is in the house of happiness (the fourth house), the person becomes happy, endowed with wealth, and intelligent. And he becomes the husband of a wicked wife.
