बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-24, verse-21

धनेशे धर्मभावस्थे धनवानुद्यमी पटुः ।
बाल्ये रोगी सुखी पश्चात् तीर्थधर्मव्रतादिकृत् ॥२१॥

21. If the lord of the house of wealth (the second house) is in the house of (natural) law (dharma) (the ninth house), the native is wealthy, diligent, and skilled. They will be sickly in childhood but happy later in life, and they will undertake pilgrimages, religious observances (dharma), vows, and other such sacred practices.
