बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-24, verse-110

राज्येशे धनभावस्थे धनवान् गुणसंयुतः ।
राजमान्यो वदान्यश्च पित्रादिसुखसंयुतः ॥११०॥
110. rājyeśe dhanabhāvasthe dhanavān guṇasaṃyutaḥ .
rājamānyo vadānyaśca pitrādisukhasaṃyutaḥ.
110. rājya-īśe dhana-bhāva-sthe dhanavān guṇa-saṃyutaḥ
rāja-mānyaḥ vadānyaḥ ca pitṛ-ādi-sukha-saṃyutaḥ
110. If the lord of the tenth house (rājya) is located in the second house (house of wealth), the person will be wealthy and endowed with good qualities. They will be honored by the government and generous, enjoying happiness from their father and others.
