बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-24, verse-83

दारेशे लाभभावस्थे दारैरर्थसमागमः ।
पुत्रादिसुखमल्पं च जनः कन्यप्रजो भवेत् ॥८३॥
83. dāreśe lābhabhāvasthe dārairarthasamāgamaḥ .
putrādisukhamalpaṃ ca janaḥ kanyaprajo bhavet.

ādi sukham alpam ca janaḥ kanyaprajaḥ bhavet
83. If the lord of the seventh house is situated in the eleventh house (house of gain), there will be acquisition of wealth through spouses. Happiness from children and so on will be limited, and the person will primarily have female offspring.
