बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-24, verse-34

दशमे सहजाधीशे जातः सर्वसुखान्वितः ।
स्वभुजार्जिवित्तश्च दुष्टस्त्रीभरणे रतः ॥३४॥
34. daśame sahajādhīśe jātaḥ sarvasukhānvitaḥ .

34. If the lord of the third house is in the tenth house, the person born is endowed with all happiness and possesses wealth earned through their own efforts. They are also devoted to maintaining wicked women.
