महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-24, verse-84

इषुश्चाप्यभवद्विष्णुर्ज्वलनः सोम एव च ।
अग्नीषोमौ जगत्कृत्स्नं वैष्णवं चोच्यते जगत् ॥८४॥
84. iṣuścāpyabhavadviṣṇurjvalanaḥ soma eva ca ,
agnīṣomau jagatkṛtsnaṁ vaiṣṇavaṁ cocyate jagat.
84. iṣuḥ ca api abhavat viṣṇuḥ jvalanaḥ somaḥ eva ca
agnīṣomau jagat kṛtsnam vaiṣṇavam ca ucyate jagat
84. iṣuḥ ca api viṣṇuḥ jvalanaḥ somaḥ eva ca abhavat
agnīṣomau kṛtsnam jagat jagat ca vaiṣṇavam ucyate
84. And the arrow (iṣu) also became Viṣṇu, fire (jvalana), and indeed Soma. Agni and Soma together constitute the entire universe (jagat), and the universe (jagat) is also declared to be Vaishnava (vaiṣṇavam), belonging to Viṣṇu.
