He who has performed the three Naciketa (rituals), who knows the five fires, who has studied the three Upanishads (known as Trisuparna), who is learned in the six limbs (of Vedic study), who is the progeny of those who have given Brahmins (gifts), and who knows the eldest sāmaveda, he is verily so.
