He who teaches for pay (bhr̥takādhyāpakaḥ), and he who is taught for pay (bhr̥takādhyāpitaḥ), a śūdra disciple (śūdramiṣyaḥ), a teacher (guru) who is wicked in speech (vāgduṣṭaḥ), and those who are kuṇḍagolakau (those whose lineage is lost or impure).
