मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-2, verse-182

उदकुम्भं सुमनसो गोशकृत्मृत्तिकाकुशान ।
आहरेद यावदर्थानि भैक्षं चाहरहश्चरेत ॥१८२॥
182. udakumbhaṁ sumanaso gośakṛtmṛttikākuśān ,
āhared yāvadarthāni bhaikṣaṁ cāharahaścaret.

182. One should collect water-pots, flowers, and cow-dung, earth, and Kuśa grass [collectively], in quantities as needed. And one should go for alms daily.
