महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-92

दष्टस्याशीविषेणापि न तस्य क्रमते विषम् ।
तत्रोष्य रजनीमेकां सर्वपापैः प्रमुच्यते ॥९२॥
92. daṣṭasyāśīviṣeṇāpi na tasya kramate viṣam ,
tatroṣya rajanīmekāṁ sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate.
92. daṣṭasya āśīviṣeṇa api na tasya kramate viṣam
tatra uṣya rajanīm ekām sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate
92. Even if such a person is bitten by a venomous snake, the poison does not spread in them. By staying there for one night, one is completely freed (mokṣa) from all sins.
