महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-111

वटेश्वरपुरं गत्वा अर्चयित्वा तु केशवम् ।
ईप्सिताँल्लभते कामानुपवासान्न संशयः ॥१११॥
111. vaṭeśvarapuraṁ gatvā arcayitvā tu keśavam ,
īpsitāँllabhate kāmānupavāsānna saṁśayaḥ.

111. Having gone to the city of Vaṭeśvara and having worshipped Keśava, one obtains desired objects through fasting; there is no doubt.
