महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-54

नैमिषं प्रार्थयानस्य पापस्यार्धं प्रणश्यति ।
प्रविष्टमात्रस्तु नरः सर्वपापैः प्रमुच्यते ॥५४॥
54. naimiṣaṁ prārthayānasya pāpasyārdhaṁ praṇaśyati ,
praviṣṭamātrastu naraḥ sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate.
54. naimiṣam prārthayānasya pāpasya ardham praṇaśyati
praviṣṭamātraḥ tu naraḥ sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate
54. For one who yearns for Naimiṣa, half of their sins (pāpa) are destroyed. Moreover, a person who merely enters Naimiṣa is completely freed from all sins (pāpa).
