महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-122

देवकूटं समासाद्य ब्रह्मर्षिगणसेवितम् ।
अश्वमेधमवाप्नोति कुलं चैव समुद्धरेत् ॥१२२॥
122. devakūṭaṁ samāsādya brahmarṣigaṇasevitam ,
aśvamedhamavāpnoti kulaṁ caiva samuddharet.

aśvamedham avāpnoti kulam ca eva samuddharet
122. Having reached Devakūṭa, which is served by groups of Brahmarṣis, one obtains the merit of an aśvamedha (horse sacrifice) and indeed uplifts one's family.
