महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-140

औद्दालकं महाराज तीर्थं मुनिनिषेवितम् ।
तत्राभिषेकं कुर्वीत सर्वपापैः प्रमुच्यते ॥१४०॥
140. auddālakaṁ mahārāja tīrthaṁ muniniṣevitam ,
tatrābhiṣekaṁ kurvīta sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate.

140. O great king, one should perform a ritual bath at the holy place (tīrtha) named Auddālaka, which is frequented by sages. By doing so, one is liberated (mokṣa) from all sins.
