महाश्रमे वसेद्रात्रिं सर्वपापप्रमोचने ।
एककालं निराहारो लोकानावसते शुभान् ॥४८॥

ekakālaṁ nirāhāro lokānāvasate śubhān.

48. One should reside for a night in the great hermitage (āśrama), which grants liberation (mokṣa) from all sins. If one fasts, taking no food (nirāhāra) for one meal-time, they will dwell in auspicious worlds.
