महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-137

स्नात्वा कोकामुखे पुण्ये ब्रह्मचारी यतव्रतः ।
जातिस्मरत्वं प्राप्नोति दृष्टमेतत्पुरातने ॥१३७॥
137. snātvā kokāmukhe puṇye brahmacārī yatavrataḥ ,
jātismaratvaṁ prāpnoti dṛṣṭametatpurātane.

137. A student of sacred knowledge (brahmacārī) who is self-restrained, by bathing in the sacred Kokāmukha, attains the ability to remember past lives. This has been observed in ancient accounts.
