सर्वपापविशुद्धात्मा शक्रलोकं च गच्छति ॥१३८॥

Having once reached Nanda (a holy place), a twice-born (dvija) becomes one whose self (ātman) is purified. With a self (ātman) completely cleansed of all sins, he also goes to the realm of Indra.
