महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-91

मणिनागं ततो गत्वा गोसहस्रफलं लभेत् ।
नैत्यकं भुञ्जते यस्तु मणिनागस्य मानवः ॥९१॥
91. maṇināgaṁ tato gatvā gosahasraphalaṁ labhet ,
naityakaṁ bhuñjate yastu maṇināgasya mānavaḥ.
