महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-14

शाकंभरीं समासाद्य ब्रह्मचारी समाहितः ।
त्रिरात्रमुषितः शाकं भक्षयेन्नियतः शुचिः ॥१४॥
14. śākaṁbharīṁ samāsādya brahmacārī samāhitaḥ ,
trirātramuṣitaḥ śākaṁ bhakṣayenniyataḥ śuciḥ.
