ऋषय ऊचुः ।
द्वैपायनेन यत्प्रोक्तं पुराणं परमर्षिणा ।
सुरैर्ब्रह्मर्षिभिश्चैव श्रुत्वा यदभिपूजितम् ॥१५॥

15. ṛṣaya ūcuḥ ,
dvaipāyanena yatproktaṁ purāṇaṁ paramarṣiṇā ,
surairbrahmarṣibhiścaiva śrutvā yadabhipūjitam.

15. ṛṣayaḥ ūcuḥ dvaipāyanena yat proktam purāṇam paramarṣiṇā
suraiḥ brahmarṣibhiḥ ca eva śrutvā yat abhipūjitam

15. The sages said: (We shall speak of) that Purāṇa which was recited by the great sage Dvaipāyana, and which, after being heard, was indeed venerated by gods and Brahmin sages.

15. החוזים אמרו, את הסיפור הקדום (פּוּרָאנַה) שאמר דְוַיפָּאיַנַה, החוזה העליון, ושהאלים וחוזי הבְּרַהְמִינִים שמעו אותו ושיבחו אותו,
