महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-59, verse-53

व्यवहारः सुसूक्ष्मश्च तथा कण्टकशोधनम् ।
शमो व्यायामयोगश्च योगो द्रव्यस्य संचयः ॥५३॥
