महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-59, verse-113

यश्चात्र धर्मनीत्युक्तो दण्डनीतिव्यपाश्रयः ।
तमशङ्कः करिष्यामि स्ववशो न कदाचन ॥११३॥
113. yaścātra dharmanītyukto daṇḍanītivyapāśrayaḥ ,
tamaśaṅkaḥ kariṣyāmi svavaśo na kadācana.

tam aśaṅkaḥ kariṣyāmi svavaśaḥ na kadācana

113. And whatever is declared here by the code of natural law (dharma-nīti) and is based on the science of governance (daṇḍa-nīti), I shall carry that out without hesitation. I shall never act by my own will.
