वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-47, verse-39

स सायकार्तो विपरीतचेताः कूजन्पृथिव्यां निपपात वीरः ।
तं प्रेक्ष्य भूमौ पतितं विसंज्मं नेदुः प्रहृष्टा युधि यातुधानाः ॥३९॥
39. sa sāyakārto viparītacetāḥ kūjanpṛthivyāṃ nipapāta vīraḥ ,
taṃ prekṣya bhūmau patitaṃ visaṃjmaṃ neduḥ prahṛṣṭā yudhi yātudhānāḥ.

39. That hero, afflicted by the arrow and bewildered in mind, fell to the earth groaning. Seeing him fallen unconscious on the ground, the delighted Rākṣasas roared in battle.
