63.
He who induces cosmic sleep (svāpanaḥ), who is independent (svavaśaḥ), and all-pervading (vyāpī). He is not a singular self (na ekātmā), and performs various actions (na ekakarmakṛt). He is the Year (vatsaraḥ), ever affectionate (vatsalaḥ), and like a protector with calves (vatsī). He is the repository of jewels (ratnagarbhaḥ) and the lord of wealth (dhaneśvaraḥ).
