महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-135, verse-140

एको विष्णुर्महद्भूतं पृथग्भूतान्यनेकशः ।
त्रीँल्लोकान्व्याप्य भूतात्मा भुङ्क्ते विश्वभुगव्ययः ॥१४०॥
140. eko viṣṇurmahadbhūtaṁ pṛthagbhūtānyanekaśaḥ ,
trīँllokānvyāpya bhūtātmā bhuṅkte viśvabhugavyayaḥ.

140. The one Vishnu is the great being (bhūta), who also exists as many separate beings. Pervading the three worlds, the indwelling spirit (bhūtātman) enjoys and sustains the entire universe (viśva), being imperishable.
