महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-29, verse-95

नैतत्पूर्वे जनाश्चक्रुर्न करिष्यन्ति चापरे ।
इत्यम्बरीषं नाभागमन्वमोदन्त दक्षिणाः ॥९५॥

95. naitatpūrve janāścakrurna kariṣyanti cāpare ,
ityambarīṣaṁ nābhāgamanvamodanta dakṣiṇāḥ.

95. na etat pūrve janāḥ cakruḥ na kariṣyanti ca
apare iti ambarīṣam nābhāgam anvamodanta dakṣiṇāḥ

95. pūrve janāḥ etat na cakruḥ apare ca na kariṣyanti
iti dakṣiṇāḥ nābhāgam ambarīṣam anvamodanta

95. Neither did former people perform this (deed), nor will others do so. Thus, the priests (dakṣiṇāḥ) praised Ambarīṣa, son of Nābhāga.
