महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-29, verse-72

त्रयः शब्दा न जीर्यन्ते दिलीपस्य निवेशने ।
स्वाध्यायघोषो ज्याघोषो दीयतामिति चैव हि ॥७२॥
72. trayaḥ śabdā na jīryante dilīpasya niveśane ,
svādhyāyaghoṣo jyāghoṣo dīyatāmiti caiva hi.

72. Three sounds never diminish in Dilipa's abode: the chanting of sacred texts (svādhyāya), the twang of a bowstring, and the command 'Let it be given!'
