महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-29, verse-139

न ते मोघं विप्रलप्तं महर्षे दृष्ट्वैव त्वां नारदाहं विशोकः ।
शुश्रूषे ते वचनं ब्रह्मवादिन्न ते तृप्याम्यमृतस्येव पानात् ॥१३९॥
139. na te moghaṁ vipralaptaṁ maharṣe; dṛṣṭvaiva tvāṁ nāradāhaṁ viśokaḥ ,
śuśrūṣe te vacanaṁ brahmavādi;nna te tṛpyāmyamṛtasyeva pānāt.
139. na te mogham vipralaptam maharṣe
dṛṣṭvā eva tvām nārada aham viśokaḥ
śuśrūṣe te vacanam brahmavādin
na te tṛpyāmi amṛtasya iva pānāt
139. maharṣe nārada,
te vipralaptam mogham na [asti].
tvām dṛṣṭvā eva,
aham viśokaḥ [asmi].
brahmavādin,
te vacanam śuśrūṣe.
amṛtasya pānāt iva,

139. O great sage, your speech is not futile. O Narada, merely by seeing you, I am freed from sorrow. O speaker of the Absolute (brahman), I desire to hear your words; I am never satiated, just as one is never satiated by drinking nectar.
