महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-112, verse-85

अचिन्तयित्वा तान्बाणान्पिता देवव्रतस्तव ।
अर्जुनं समरे क्रुद्धं वारयामास सायकैः ॥८५॥
85. acintayitvā tānbāṇānpitā devavratastava ,
arjunaṁ samare kruddhaṁ vārayāmāsa sāyakaiḥ.

arjunam samare kruddham vārayāmāsa sāyakaiḥ
85. tava pitā devavrataḥ tān bāṇān acintayitvā

85. Your father, Devavrata (Bhishma), disregarded those arrows (of Arjuna) and restrained the enraged Arjuna in battle with his own arrows.
