महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-112, verse-30

सौभद्रो राजपुत्रं तु बृहद्बलमयोधयत् ।
आर्जुनिं कोसलेन्द्रस्तु विद्ध्वा पञ्चभिरायसैः ।
पुनर्विव्याध विंशत्या शरैः संनतपर्वभिः ॥३०॥
30. saubhadro rājaputraṁ tu bṛhadbalamayodhayat ,
ārjuniṁ kosalendrastu viddhvā pañcabhirāyasaiḥ ,
punarvivyādha viṁśatyā śaraiḥ saṁnataparvabhiḥ.

30. Saubhadra (Abhimanyu), however, fought with Prince Brihadbala. And the lord of Kosala [Brihadbala], having first pierced Arjuni (Abhimanyu) with five iron arrows, again struck him with twenty well-jointed arrows.
