महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-131, verse-18

साग्रं शतसहस्रं तु हयानां तस्य धीमतः ।
सोमदत्तं महेष्वासं समन्तात्पर्यरक्षत ॥१८॥
18. sāgraṁ śatasahasraṁ tu hayānāṁ tasya dhīmataḥ ,
somadattaṁ maheṣvāsaṁ samantātparyarakṣata.

18. A hundred thousand horses, or even more, belonging to that intelligent Somadatta, the great archer, protected him from all sides.
