प्रायोपविष्टे तु हते पुत्रे सात्यकिना ततः ।
सोमदत्तो भृशं क्रुद्धः सात्यकिं वाक्यमब्रवीत् ॥१॥

Sanjaya said: But when (his) son, who had undertaken a fast unto death, was killed by Satyaki, then Somadatta, greatly enraged, spoke these words to Satyaki.
